Depression

Depression is a desease that takes over the heart and mind. It takes you away from reality, creates doubt and lies. Exploits details and forges illusions. It separates people. When you're depressed, you watch others go about their lives while you helplessly sit and rot. As if something from within is trying to destroy you. Nobody can see it and only a few can detect it yet only you truly have the power to stop it. It comes from within and from within is the strength to fight. It is a constant battle. Depression never dies, it can only be restrained.
